Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Rice 1 cup
  2. Jaggery 1.5 cups - adjust
  3. Salt 1/2 tsp
  4. Grated coconut 4 tablespoon
  5. Dry fruits 1/2 cup
  6. Water 3 cups
  7. Ghee 3-4 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Soak rice for 20 min, drain excess water and keep it aside
  2. Boil jaggery with 3 cups of water. Sieve and kept aside
  3. Heat ghee in pressure cooker, add dry fruits. Stir fry for 2 min
  4. Add jaggery water and bring to boil
  5. Now add soaked rice and mix well. Pressure cook for 3-4 whistles
  6. Finally add grated coconut and serve.
