Healthy Spinach Oats

Ingredients to make Healthy Spinach Oats

  • Oats 1 cup
  • spinach 1 cup
  • tomatoes 2, chopped
  • carrot 1/4 cup, chopped
  • ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  • green chili 1
  • salt to taste
  • oil 1 tsp
  • black pepper 1/4 tsp
  • lemon juice 1/2 tsp
  • water as required

How to make Healthy Spinach Oats

  1. Pressure cook, spinach ,tomatoes ,carrot and green chili with 1/2 cup of water for 2-3 whistles
  2. Drain water and keep it aside
  3. Grind boiled veggies to smooth puree
  4. Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger garlic paste and saute until raw aroma goes away
  5. Add oats and saute for 2-3 min.
  6. Add puree and mix well and cook for 3 minutes
  7. Add salt and pepper, mix well
  8. Add water which was kept aside and mix well .Cook for 2 minutes
  9. Add lemon juice and serve hot
