Ingredients to make Cauliflower 65

  • 2 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1/2 cup cornflour
  • 1/2 cup maida
  • 1 cup blanched spinach puree
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1/2 cup chopped capsicum
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 2 tablespoon chopped chili,ginger,garlic
  • 1 teaspoon soya sauce
  • 3 tablespoon ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon coriander leaves chopped
  • 2 tablespoon spring garlic
  • 2 tablespoon spring onion chopped

How to make Cauliflower 65

  1. In a mixing bowl , add maida,cornflour,salt,black pepper powder,spinach puree and water. Mix well to form thick paste
  2. Add cauliflower florets to bowl and coat well with paste
  3. Deep fry cauliflower florets till crispy and golden brown over medium heat
  4. Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a pan
  5. Add chili,ginger,garlic and saute until raw aroma disappears
  6. Add chopped onions,capsicum and saute until onions are translucent
  7. Now add soya sauce, Ketchup, little salt and mix well
  8. Add fried cauliflower florets and coat well with sauces. Switch off
  9. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves , spring garlic, spring onions on top and serve hot
