Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 4 bread slices
  2. 3 potatoes , boiled
  3. 1/2 cup boiled peas
  4. salt as per taste
  5. red chili powder 1/4 teaspoon
  6. green chili 1, chopped
  7. vermicelli 1/2 cup
  8. oil to deep fry 300 ml
  9. Water as required
  10. lime juice 1/2 teaspoon
  11. 1 teaspoon oil

Instructions

  1. Add potatoes and peas in a bowl and mash
  2. Add salt, green chili , red chili powder , lemon juice and mix well
  3. Heat 1 tsp oil in a non stick pan. Add potatoes mixture and saute for 2 minutes
  4. Cool the mixture
  5. Trim edges of bread slices and dip slice in water one at a time for few seconds .Squeeze out any excess water
  6. Add 2 tbsp potatoes mixture in each bread slice. Roll it tightly and seal edges
  7. Add vermicelli in a plate and roll the bread slice over vermicelli
  8. Deep fry rolls until golden brown, drain excess oil over kitchen towel
  9. Serve hot with sauce
