Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat flour - 1 cup
  2. All purpose flour - 1 cup
  3. Oregano - 1/2 tsp
  4. Chilly flakes - 1/4 tsp
  5. Salt - to taste
  6. For stuffing
  7. Grated mozzarella cheese - 1/2 cup
  8. Finely chopped bell pepper - 1/2 cup
  9. Finely chopped onion - 1/2 bowlcup
  10. Clarified butter / ghee - 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. In a bowl , add wheat flour, all-purpose flour, oregano, chili flakes, salt and mix well.
  2. Add adequate water and knead to form soft dough , rest dough for 30 minutes
  3. Divide dough into equal portions
  4. Flatten the balls into thin round paratha.
  5. Add all the ingredients mentioned under filling on top and fold parathas.
  6. On a heated pan, cook pizza paratha until golden brown on both sides. Drizzle butter/ghee on top and edges
  7. Serve hot Pizza paratha with sauce.
