Egg Salad

Ingredients to make Egg Salad

  • egg 2, boiled
  • coriander leaves chopped 1 tsp
  • oil 1/2 tsp
  • salt as per taste
  • Green chili 1 tsp, chopped
  • tomatoes 1 tsp, finely chopped
  • onion 3 tbsp , cubed
  • Baby corn 2-3 tbsp, chopped

How to make Egg Salad

  1. HEAT OIL IN A PAN
  2. ADD FENUGREEK SEEDS AND STIR FRY UNTIL AROMATIC
  3. ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS EXCEPT BABY CORN AND STIR FRY UNTIL TOMATOES ARE TENDER
  4. ADD BABY CORN AND MIX WELL.
  5. SPRINKLE LITTLE WATER AND COOK UNTIL BABY CORN IS DONE
  6. SLIT EGGS LENGTHWISE AND ADD THE COOKED MIXTURE ON EGG. TOSS WELL AND SERVE
