ABOUT Kashmiri Kahwa RECIPE

Its a warm drink,relieves cold and headache.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 tsp kashmiri green tea
  2. 4pinches of saffron(kesar)strands
  3. 2 cardamons(elaichi)slightly crushed
  4. 8 blanched almonds(badam)finelychopped
  5. 1/2"cinamon(dalchini)
  6. 2 cloves(lavang)
  7. 2 tbsp sugar

Instructions

  1. Boil 3 cups of water along with cinnamon, cardamom and cloves and pour over the tea. Leave to infuse over a very low flame.
  2. Meanwhile, dissolve saffron in a little water by rubbing it gently.Strain the tea and add the saffron liquid together with almonds. Serve hot.
