Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Coriander leaves - 2 cups , washed and chopped
  2. Gram flour - 1.5 cups
  3. Green chili 3, finely chopped
  4. Sesame seed 1 tablespoon
  5. Garlic ginger paste 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Oil 1 tbsp + 1 tsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  9. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  10. Curry Leaves 7-8

Instructions

  1. Add coriander leaves in a bowl with salt , green chili, 1 tsp oil,sesame seeds and gram flour
  2. Mix well and knead tight dough
  3. Make tight log of dough
  4. Pressure cook up to 5 whistles
  5. Remove Badi from cooker ,cool completely and slice as desired
  6. Heat oil in a pan. Splutter cumin seeds ,mustard seeds and curry leaves
  7. Pour the seasoning over the slices and serve
