Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Dill leaves 1 bunch
  2. Coriander leaves chopped 1/4 cup
  3. curry leaves 1/4 cup
  4. Green chilies roughly chopped 2
  5. Rice flour 1 cup
  6. Rava 2 tbsp
  7. Salt as per taste
  8. Refined oil for to deep frying
  9. Soaked Chana dal 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, add dill leaves, chopped onions, curry leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies and soaked chana dal. Mix well.
  2. Now add rice flour,salt and rava. Mix well.
  3. Heat oil in a kadai. Take a small portion of mixture. Shape like a ball and flatten it between palms. Deep fry vadas over medium heat until golden brown and crisp
  4. Similarly fry all the vadas. Drain excess oil over kitchen towel
  5. Serve it hot with idli , Chutney.
