ABOUT Pickled Bathua RECIPE

This is quick and easy recipe of bathua. Its tempting and served as side dish with dal rice in winter season.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Bathua leaves- 1 cup
  2. Mango pickle- 2 tsp
  3. Garlic- 2 to 3 cloves
  4. Green chili- 1
  5. Salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Clean and wash leaves, drain excess water
  2. Boil leaves until tender
  3. Drain excess water from leaves
  4. Squeeze out the water completely.
  5. Now add leaves , chopped garlic and chili, mango pickle in a bowl and mix well
  6. Serve with dal and rice.
