Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 2 Mooli with leaves , chopped
  2. Mustard oil 2 tbsp
  3. Ajwain 1/2 tbsp
  4. Turmeric powder 1/4 tbsp
  5. Amchur powder 1/2 tbsp
  6. Red chili powder 1/4 tbsp
  7. Coriander powder 1/2 tbsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 1 pinch hing

Instructions

  1. Pressure cook chopped mooli and leaves for two whistles. Once steam is released, drain excess water
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add ajwain and mix well
  3. Now add boiled Mooli and leaves. Saute for few seconds
  4. Now Add all spices, salt and mix well
  5. Saute for 3-4 minutes
  6. Serve hot with chapati
