ABOUT Paneer Capsicum RECIPE

This is a recipe for those who loves the hot n spicy taste of paneer.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 300 gms Paneer, cubed
  2. 1 large capsicum, chopped
  3. 2 large onion,chopped
  4. 3-4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  5. 5-6 green chilies ,sliced
  6. ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  7. Red chili powder 1 tsp
  8. 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  9. 1/4 tsp garam masala
  10. cornflour 2 tbsp
  11. Oil 4 tbsp
  12. Tomato sauce 2 tbsp
  13. Chili sauce 1 tbsp
  14. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Add ginger garlic paste,chili powder, coriander powder and salt to the paneer cubes in a bowl and mix them well.Marinate for 10 minutes. Now add cornflour to paneer mixture and mix it well.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.Fry the marinated paneer cubes till golden brown. Drain excess oil on tissue paper
  3. Now in the same pan add the chopped garlic and sliced green chilies .Stir fry on medium flame for few seconds. Add chopped onion and capsicum and saute for 4-5 minutes on medium flame.
  4. Add tomato sauce , chili sauce and garam masala, mix well over low heat. Now add fried paneer cubes and mix well. Switch off
  5. Serve hot with pulao or roti
