Traditional southindian chettinad potato recipe .with loads of curry leaves ..awesome aroma and flavour .

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 300 gram boiled small potato
  2. 1/4,cup mastard oil
  3. 25-30curry leaves
  4. 2teaspoon black urad dal
  5. 1 chopped onion
  6. 1teaspoon ginger Garlic paste
  7. 1teaspoon mastard seeds
  8. 1teaspoon turmeric
  9. 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  10. 2 whole red chilli
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a wok
  2. Crackle masturd seeds ,Urad dal , red chilli
  3. Add onion ,Ginger garlic paste soute till pink .
  4. Add turmeric powder and red chilli powder ,salt and curry leaves .
  5. Fry a little ,add potato and cook for 5 to 10 minutes at low flame .
  6. Serve hot with poori paratha roti ,rice
