Ingredients to make Garlic Naan

  • maida 3 cup
  • Baking powder 1tsp
  • baking soda 1/2 tsp
  • sugar 1 tbsp
  • salt 1tbsp
  • butter
  • water
  • Finely chopped garlic,mint leaf,coriander leaf.
  • Milk as required
  • curd 1 cup

How to make Garlic Naan

  1. SIEVE MAIDA
  2. ADD BAKING POWDER,BAKING SODA
  3. ADD SUGAR
  4. ADD SALT
  5. ADD CURD
  6. ADD MILK
  7. MAKE SOFT DOUGH
  8. ADD OIL
  9. COVER WITH CLING WRAP
  10. PERHEAT THE OVEN.KEEP IT FOR 1 HOUR.
  11. GARLIC MIX,BUTTER,FOUR ,WATER .DEVIDE THE DOUGH 8 EQUAL PORTIONS.
  12. TAKE A PORTION,ADD GIRLIC MIX AND PRESS LIGHTLY.
  13. ROLL IT .
  14. TURN IT AND APPLY WATER.
  15. HEAT TAWA AND PLACE IT.
  16. TURN TAWA AND BAKE IT.
  17. BOTH SIDES OF NAAN BAKE PROPERLY .
