Ingredients to make Aloo Bharta

  • potatoes 1cup boil
  • oil 1/2 tsp
  • salt as per taste
  • tomatoes small pieces 1tsp
  • Green chilli 1tsp
  • Cordiner leaves 1tsp small pices

How to make Aloo Bharta

  1. HEAT 1/2 TSP MUSTARD OIL
  2. ADD 1 TBSP ONION, 1 TSP EACH OF TOMATOES, GREEN CHILLIES, CORIANDER LEAVES, SALT
  3. ADD 1 CUP BOILED, MASHED POTATOES, SAUTE FOR 2-3 MINS
