Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Methi seed 3 table spoon
  2. Curd 3 table spoon
  3. Urad papad 3 -4
  4. Oil 2 table spoon
  5. coriander powder 3 tea spoon
  6. Chilli powder 2 teaspoon
  7. Turmeric powder 1 tea spoon
  8. Salt

Instructions

  1. Boil 2 cup of water add methi seed put off the gas and keep aside for 20 minutes
  2. Heat oil and fry papad pieces &keep aside
  3. Make a paste of curd, coriander, chilli, haldi powder
  4. Put this paste into oil and fry well
  5. Sieve methi seeds from water
  6. Once oil separates from masala add methi seeds
  7. Fry for 2 min
  8. Add 1 cup of water ,let it boil
  9. Add papad pieces into curry
  10. Put off the gas
