Ingredients to make Egg fried noodles

  • 1 1/2 brick noodles/150 gm
  • 2-3tbsp oil
  • 1tbsp fine chopped garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp fine chopped ginger
  • 1chopped onions /cut into thin slice length wise
  • 1/2cup capsicum thin long picese/juliennes
  • 1/2 cup carrot juliennes
  • 1/2 cup chopped cabbage
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • salt

How to make Egg fried noodles

  1. BOIL WATER WITH ADDIN 1/2 TSP SALT AND 1TSP OIL
  2. ADD NOODLES TO THE BOILING WATER
  3. BOIL FOR 4-5 MINUTES
  4. DRAIN OUT AND RUN COLD WATER THOROUGH NOODLES
  5. BOILED NONSTICKY NOODLES ARE READY
  6. HEAT 2 TBSP OIL ADD 1 TBSP FINE CHOPPED GARLIC
  7. 1/2 TBSP FINE CHOPPED GINGER
  8. ADD 1 THIN CHOPPED ONIONS
  9. SAUTE
  10. ADD 1/2 CUP CARRIT JULIENNES
  11. ADD1/2 CUP CAPSICUM JULIENNES
  12. ADD 1/2 CUP CHOPPED CABBAGE
  13. STIR WELL
  14. ADD 1/2 TSP SALT
  15. ADD 1/2 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  16. SAUTE FOR 2-3 MINUTE ON LOW FLAME
  17. MEANWHILE CRACK 2 EGGS IN A SEPERATE BOWL
  18. ADD 1/4 TSP BLACK PEPPER
  19. ADD SALT
  20. BEAT WELL KEEP ASIDE
  21. ADD GRADUALLY COOKED NOODLES ON LOW FLAME
  22. MIX WELL
  23. MOVE NOODLES SIDE OF PAN ,MAKE SPACE IN CENTER OF PAN
  24. HEAT 1 TBSP OIL
  25. POUR EGG BATTER
  26. COOK TILL HALF DONE
  27. STIR WITH SPATULLA ,SRAMBLE TILL COOKED
  28. NOW MIX NOODLES AND SCRAMBLED EGG TOGETHER
  29. STIR WELL AND COOK FOR 1 MINUTE
  30. AND ITS DONE ..
