Ingredients to make Rajma

  • 1/2 kg rajma
  • 1/2 kg tomatoes
  • 4_5 green chilli
  • ginger
  • 2 stick cinnamon
  • 1 green elaichi
  • 1brown elaichi
  • 2_3 red chilli
  • 4_5 black pepper
  • javitri
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tbsp coriander
  • 1/2 red chilli
  • oil

How to make Rajma

  1. Boil rajma
  2. Take tomatoes green chilli ginger cinnamon stick big elaichi small elaichi whole red chilli black pepper clove.
  3. Grind all the ingredients
  4. Paste is ready
  5. Add oil in kadai n cumin seeds till crackle.
  6. Add paste of tomato n whole garam masala
  7. Add salt coriander n red chilli
  8. Kasuri methi
  9. Now add boiled rajma
  10. Mix them well and add water
  11. Make it boil for 10 mn in low flame.
  12. It's ready now.
  13. Ready to eat ...
