ABOUT Pepperyolks RECIPE

Simple and healthy breakfast using few veggies and eggs sprinkled with ' black gold( pepper) and salt.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Eggs-4
  2. Onion, carrot, capsicum- 1 each( sliced lengthwise)
  3. Salt- to sprinkle
  4. Pepper powder- to sprinkle
  5. Oil- little

Instructions

  1. In a non stick pan, add little oil and add veggies and toss.
  2. Sprinkle salt and pepper and toss.
  3. Now moves the veggies to the edge of the non stick pan and leave space in the middle.
  4. Add 1tsp oil in the middle and break eggs , sprinkle salt and pepper and keep undisturbed.
  5. After few minutes, flip the eggs to other side and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  6. Switch of the stove.
  7. In a serving plate, cut the yolks part with a cookie cutter and place veggies on top and serve as breakfast.
