    Ingredients to make Mulo shak (radish green)

    • radish - 4, with greens, finely chopped both radish & greens
    • poppy seeds - 1 tbsp
    • mustard seed - 1/2 tsp
    • Green chili - 2
    • sugar - 2-3 tsp
    • salt
    • mustard oil - 2 tbsp

    How to make Mulo shak (radish green)

    1. Heat oil, add mustard seed & broken green chili
    2. Add chopped radish, not the green
    3. Cook for 3-4 min
    4. Add radish green, salt, poppy seeds
    5. It should get cooked in it's own juice. If it's fresh, lot of water comes out from it. That will cook both greens & poppy seeds
    6. Cook until water is dried up. Add sugar, more chili
    7. Serve with plain rice & kasundi (mustard sauce, druk, elmac have good mustard sauce)
