Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chicken liver 1/2 kg
  2. Pure ghee 1 table spoon
  3. Onion 1 chopped
  4. Garlic ginger paste 1/2 tea spoon
  5. Cumin seeds 1/2tea spoon
  6. Red Chilli 1/2 tea spoon
  7. Black pepper 1/2tea spoon fresh crushed
  8. Tez patta 1
  9. Salt according to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee add cumin seed after splitting add tez patta
  2. Add chopped onion fry till little brown
  3. Add garlic ginger paste let it fry well
  4. Add washed liver again fry throughly
  5. Add salt ,red Chilli and black pepper powder
  6. When all liquid dries out ,turn off the gas
  7. Serve after sprinkling black pepper and lemon juce
  8. Lemon juice of 2
