Ingredients to make Mooli ki Sabji

  • 1 cup radish
  • 1/2 tsp minute sliced green chillie
  • 1/2 tsp jeera
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder or red chillies
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp dhaniya powder
  • salt as per taste buds

How to make Mooli ki Sabji

  1. Cut the radish and keep it aside , meanwhile in a hot pan put some oil and jeera, once the jeera is ready to crackle now add radish
  2. After few minutes add salt, red chilli, dhaniya and turmeric powder and allow to cook for 5 minutes
  3. The Mooli ki Sabji is ready to be served with Roti or Rice
