Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Chicken 500grams
  2. Curd 1/3 cup
  3. Turmeric 1/8 tablespoon
  4. Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
  5. Crushed pepper powder 3/4 tablespoon
  6. Onion 1 cup chopped
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Oil 2tablespoon
  9. Bay leaf 1
  10. Cardamom 4
  11. Cloves 6


  1. 1.marinate chicken with curd ,salt, pepper powder & turmeric.set this aside for 45 minutes.
  2. 2.add dry spices to hot oil & let them sizzle.
  3. 3.add onions,salt fry till Golden.
  4. 4.add ginger garlic paste & fry till raw smell vanishes.
  5. 5.then add marinate chicken.cover & cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
  6. 6.when chicken is fully cooked add pepper powder.then switch off flame.
  7. 7.it reaches a thick consistency like gravy.
