A healthy, balanced wat to get your morning.Bananas are rich in fibre, B6,potassiun and Espresso contain coffeine which will help reduce water retention.

  1. 1 frozen banana peeled and chopped
  2. 3 tbsp espresso
  3. 2 tbsp Maple syrup
  4. 250ml whole milk

  2. Pour in a glass and serve.
