Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4-6 Sausages beef/pork
  2. 2 tbsp Vegetable oil/olive oil
  3. 2 Eggs
  4. 1 cup Flour
  5. Salt and pepper to taste
  6. 1 cup Milk
  7. 2 tbsp Melted butter
  8. Bay leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the sausages from all sides until brown.
  2. Beat the eggs in a large bowl. Mix in the flour, salt, pepper, melted butter and milk until smooth. Let it sit for 30 mins.
  3. When the batter is rested, pour some oil on the baking dish, pour the batter and sausages to the baking dish.
  4. Bake in oven for about 35 mins until the batter is well risen and golden.
  5. Serve hot garnished with bay leaves or fresh salad
