ABOUT SPICY PAN FRIED PRAWN RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 kg big sized prawns
  2. 1 cup tomato puree
  3. 1 tsp garlic paste
  4. 1/2 cup dry red chilli paste
  5. A pinch of haldi
  6. Salt

Instructions

  1. First of all the prawns were deshelled and deveined.
  2. Now to make the spicy sauce in a wok heat slight oil .
  3. Fry the garlic paste first till light brown in colour .
  4. Now add the tomato puree and the chilli paste with salt and saute till oil comes out.
  5. Spicy tomato-chilli sauce is ready.
  6. Now the cleaned prawns are marinated with salt ,haldi and the spicy tomato-chilli sauce and keep aside for 10-15 minutes.
  7. Heat oil in a wok and just pan fry the marinated prawns till the prawns changes colour.
  8. Our yummy spicy pan fried prawns are ready.
