Dal Gosht is a Hyderabadi delicacy of Mutton cooked with Lentils. Traditionally Chana dal (Bengal gram lentil) is used for this preparation but a mix of all lentils too can be made use of to prepare at times. Choice is yours. But today I made, using chana dal. This recipe calls for a spicy and a tangy gravy which I enjoy best with any type of rice preparation.
