Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 200 gms chicken breast
  2. 1 avocado peeled seeded and sliced
  3. 2 lettuce leaves roughly torn
  4. 1 large tomato cut into rings
  5. 2 eggs
  6. 2 tbsp readymade salad dressing
  7. 1 tbsp sprouts for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat water in a pan, boil the eggs for 10 mins. Remove and peel. Chop in ring shape.
  2. In a pan, drizzle olive oil. Fry the chicken pieces until brown from both sides.Slice thickly.
  3. In a serving plate, spread the lettuce leaves evenly.
  4. Place the chicken, eggs, tomatoes, avacados in even rows.
  5. Drizzle some salad dressing of your choice. Sprinkle sprouts on top.
  6. Serve warm or cold.
