SESAME AND PEANUTS CINNAMON ROLL

ABOUT SESAME AND PEANUTS CINNAMON ROLL RECIPE

This Cinnamon Roll recipe produces perfectly light and fluffy cinnamon , peanut and sesame roll everytime .... so simple to make , this is a family favourite Cinnamon Roll ....

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For Dough ...
  2. All purposes flour - 3 cup
  3. Salt - 1teaspoon
  4. Dried yeast - 2 tablespoons
  5. Milk - 1 cup
  6. Water - 1/2 cup
  7. Eggs - 2 no
  8. Honey - 1/4 cup
  9. Melted butter - 1/4 cup
  10. For the Filling .........
  11. Butter - 1/2 cup
  12. Brown sugar - 1 1/4 cup
  13. Ground cinnamon - 3 tablespoons
  14. Roasted peanuts - 1/3 cup
  15. Roasted sesame seeds - 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. To make the dough , combine all the dry ingredients in a large bowl .
  2. In a separate jug add in the milk , water , honey and butter . Heat it in the microwave until it is warm and the butter has melted . Whisk in the eggs quickly .
  3. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients to make a smooth dough . Scrape down the dough from the sides of the bowl . And Cover and let the dough to rise .
  4. Make Filling ....
  5. Combine the butter , brown sugar , cinnamon , peanuts and sesame in a bowl . Stir until smooth
  6. Transfer the dough to a flower work surface , and roll into a rectangular appx 1/4 " thick .
  7. Spread the filling over the dough leaving a narrow margin around the edge uncovered .
  8. Starting with a long edge , gently roll the dough into a log .
  9. Slice the roll 2 " thick and set them with their cinnamon face up .
  10. Preheated the oven 190°C For 10 minutes .
  11. Bake the cinnamon roll for 30 minutes till they ' re a deep golden brown .
  12. Remove the pan from the oven and drizzle with butter and icing sugar on it .
  13. Serve warm or cool as you wish :blush::blush:
