Its my own idea to make cheesy veg cups for kids

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For dough
  2. Whole Wheat Flour 1 cup
  3. Salt
  4. Ajwain 1 tsp
  5. ghee 1 tbsp
  6. For stuffing
  7. Cabbage finely chopped 2 tbsp
  8. Green sprouts 2 tbsp
  9. Carrot finely chopped 2 tbsp
  10. Baby corn finely chopped 2 tbsp
  11. Capsicum finely chopped 2 tbsp
  12. Cheese 2 slices
  13. All purpose Seasoning

Instructions

  1. TAKE 1 CUP WHEAT FLOUR. ADD SALT AND AJWAIN
  2. ADD GHEE. ADD WATER TO KNEAD DOUGH
  3. DOUGH SHOULD NOT BE STICKY. REST FOR A WHILE
  4. ROLL PURIS
  5. GREASE CUPS WITH WHEAT FLOUR
  6. PLACE PURI INSIDE THE CUP
  7. REMOVE EXTRA DOUGH
  8. REPEAT THE STEPS TO MAKE CUPS
  9. BAKE FOR 200 DEGREES FOR 10 MINUTES IN PREHEATED OVEN
  10. FINELY CHOP VEGETABLES. ADD ALL PURPOSE SEASONING
  11. MIX WELL
  12. FILL THE BAKED CUPS
  13. PLACE CHEESE. ADD MORE STUFFING. BAKE FOR 5 MINUTES AT 200 DEGREES
  14. COOL THE VEG CUPS
