Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Mutton - 500 gms
  2. Chopped onion - 4
  3. ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  4. turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  5. Red chilly powder - 2 tsp
  6. coriander powder - 1 tsp
  7. ghee / clarified butter - 1 tbsp
  8. cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
  9. Whole garam masala - 1 tsp
  10. Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
  11. vinegar - 1 tsp
  12. salt - to taste
  13. oil - 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Marinate mutton withginger garlic paste,red chilly powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder,cumin powder,vinegar and garam masala.
  2. Keep in the freeze for half an hour.
  3. Heat oil in a pan,
  4. Add whole garam masala like cumin seeds,black pepper,black cardamom,cinnamon.
  5. Add chopped onion and fry till golden brown.
  6. Add marinated mutton and 2 to 3 glass of water and cook one hour in a low flame
  7. Add green cardamom powder,garam masala powder and ghee / clariffed butter and switch off the gas
  8. Serve hot
