Ingredients to make Methi makai na debhra

  • 1 cup finely chooped fenugreek leaves
  • 1/2cup maize flour
  • 1/2cup bajra flour
  • 2 tbs gram flour
  • 1/4 tea spoon turmericpowder
  • 2 tablespoon ginger garlic chilli past
  • 2 table spoon sesame seed
  • 1 table spoon oil
  • salt to tast
  • oil for frying

How to make Methi makai na debhra

  1. IN PLATE ADD 1 CUP OF FINELY CHOOPED FENUGREEK LEAVES ADD 1/2CUP OF MAIZE FLOUR
  2. ADD 2 TABLE SPOON GRAM FLOUR AND 1/2 CUP BAJRA FLOUR
  3. ADD 2 TABLE SPOON OF CHILLI GINGER GARLIC PAST 1/4TEA SPOON TURMERIC POWDER
  4. 2 TABLE SPOON SEASAME SEED AND 1 TABLE SPOON OIL AND DALT AS PAR TAST
  5. MIX WELL
  6. KNEAD INTO SEMISOFT DOUGH WITH WATER.
  7. ADD SOME OIL AND KNEAD DOUGH AGAIN
  8. TAKE A SMALL PORTIONS OF DOUGH AND PAT INTO 50MM DIAMETER 1 CM THICK CIRCLE
  9. MAKE ALL DEBHRA
  10. DEEP FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN IN COLOUR.
  11. REMOVE FROM PAN.
  12. SERVE IMMEDIATELY.
