ABOUT stuffed vegtables RECIPE

stuff vegtables are hot,slightly tangyand nutty tasting go great with plain rice and daal

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 brinjal medium size
  2. 4 green tomato
  3. 4 snake gaurd
  4. 4 carrot
  5. 1/2 tsp cumin
  6. 2 cloves
  7. 6 blackpepper
  8. 1 tsp fenugreek seeds
  9. 1/2 inch stick of cinnamon
  10. 1 cardamom
  11. 1tsp coriander powder
  12. salt
  13. 1tsp turmeric powder
  14. 3TBSP oil
  15. 1tsp dry mango powder
  16. 2 tbsp onion ginger garlic paste
  17. 2tbsp fennel seeds
  18. 1tsp redchilli powder

Instructions

  1. Dry roast cumin,fenugreek seeds,fennel seeds ..cool them and grind them along with Cloves,cinnamon stick , cardamom and blackpepper
  2. Mix grinded powder, onion garlic ginger paste,turmeric powder,salt,chili ,coriander and mango powder..
  3. Wash all vegtable.. peel carrot And snake guard and slit all vegetables from stem side to downwards..
  4. Stuff masala in vegetables..
  5. Heat oil in a pan and add all vegtables ..toss them well to coat with oil..cook them until vegtables becomes soft..garnish with green coriander leaves before serving..
