ABOUT Yaki Udon RECIPE

These are thick, smooth Japanese noodles tossed with meat and vegetables!

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 packet Udon Noodles
  2. 400g Pork/Beef sliced
  3. 1/2 Carrot sliced
  4. 2 tbs Mirin
  5. 3 tsp Soy sauce
  6. 1 tsp Dashi
  7. 1 tbs Vegetable Oil
  8. Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, add udon noodles to boiling water with1 tsp of oil until cooked .Drain
  2. Heat oil in a wok .Cook pork/beef until brown and then add cook carrots. Stir fry for a 2-3 mins.
  3. Add the udon noodles and then add soy sauce, mirin and dashi. Mix well
