Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 and Hald Cup Besan Flour
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Chilli powder as per preference
  4. Oil to fry
  5. Hing Powder a pinch
  6. Turmeric powder a pinch

Instructions

  1. Sieved the flour thoroughly and check for lumps and dust.
  2. Add in the salt, chilli powder, 2 tbsp Oil, Hing and mix well.
  3. Gradually pour in water and keep mixing until you get a smooth dough. Grease the dough with oil.
  4. Take the Sev mould, check if the oil in a wide pan is hit enough to deep fry.
  5. Stuff the dough, and press them into the hot oil, toss them on both sides, drain excess oil and transfer to a tissue paper.
  6. Keep repeating until you make use of the entire dough.
  7. They would be an instant hit among kids
