Jeera rice

Ingredients to make Jeera rice

  • 1 glass basmati rice
  • 1 1/2 glass water. ( Use same glass in which you measure rice)
  • 1 tbsn jeera
  • 1 tbsn oil
  • salt to taste

How to make Jeera rice

  1. Take rice in a big bowl and clean it with water
  2. After cleaning dip rice in water upto 10 mints.
  3. Take a pan on flame and put oil in and let it be hot. Flame should be low.
  4. when oil become hot put jeera in it nd let it crackle . Now add salt according to your taste.
  5. Now drain water from rice and put rice in the pan
  6. Add water in pan and mix everything.
  7. In this stage you can check the taste of salt Nd do changes if you want.
  8. When there is boil in the pan let the flame slow Nd cover the pan with lid. Till the water dissolve let them cook.
  9. Now your jeera rice is ready to serve. Serve it with your choice's vegetables

My Tip:

You can make jeera rice without oil also.
