  1. Oats 1/4 bowl
  2. Milk 1/4 cup
  3. Cashew nuts 5 to 6

Instructions

  1. 1. Mix oats and milk in a bowl.
  2. 2. Keep them them aside for 5 mins.
  3. 3. Bake them in microwave for 1 to 2 mins
  4. 4. Now take them out and add cashew nuts.
  5. 5. Your healthy oats are ready to serve!
