Chicken kheema with only pepper ,some garam masala and some salt is an awesome dish with fried potatoes in the same to make it even wholesome ,serve with roti naan or bread makes a great meal

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 150 grams chicken mince
  2. 2 small potatoes
  3. 1 big onion chopped fine
  4. 1tblspn ginger garlic paste
  5. 1 tspn full black pepper coarse ground
  6. Half tspn home made garam masala
  7. 1tblspn oil
  8. 2-3 cloves
  9. A piece of cinnamon
  10. salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Chop onion keep aside
  2. Peel cut potatoes in big cubes
  3. Take clove cinnamon whole
  4. Take pressure cooker heat oil in it and add the whole spices and onions
  5. Now saute potatoes nd fry them for a bit ,add ginger garlic paste too
  6. Add the powder spices now ,garam masala and ground pepper
  7. Add chicken mince now stir well adDin a cup of water not more
  8. Pressure cook ten minutes ,lovely dry masala kheema ready
