  1. 1 कप-2 चम्मच गेहूं का आटा (1 कप आटा मे से 2 चम्मच आटा निकाल लें)
  2. 2 चम्मच काॅर्नफ्लार
  3. 3 बडे चम्मच मिल्क पाउडर
  4. 1 चम्मच बेकिंग पाउडर
  5. 1/4 चम्मच सोडा
  6. 1/2 कप मलाई
  7. 3/4 कप पीसी चीनी
  8. 1 गाजर कद्दूकस किया
  9. 2 चम्मच किशमिश
  10. 1/2 चम्मच वेनिला एसेंस
  11. दूध जरुरत अनुसार (लगभग 1/2-3/4 कप)
