Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 100 gms besan
  2. 50gms paneer
  3. Half cup sprouted kala chana
  4. 2 chopped onions
  5. Little corriander leaves
  6. 3 spoon curd
  7. 1small spoon ajwain
  8. 1 tspn hing
  9. Salt acc to taste
  10. Black salt
  11. Black pepper
  12. Red chilli powder
  13. 3 table spoon chutney
  14. Little bit garam masala
  15. 2 boiled potatoes
  16. 4 to 6 bread slices.


  1. Add curd in the besan to make the batter.
  2. Mix it
  3. Then add water acc to the consistency
  4. After that add salt, hing, and ajwain
  5. Mix it well..when the batter gets fluffy, keep it aside.
  6. Now first of all take the potatoes and paneer nd mas them.
  7. Add corriander leaves, chopped onion, sprouted chana, salt, black salt, red chilli powder, black pepper in it.
  8. Mix them well.
  9. Now take a slice of bread and spread little bit chutney on it.
  10. Then stuff it wid the stuffing.
  11. Put another slce on it
  12. Press it slightly
  13. Cut into rectangtle or triangle shape.
  14. Dip them into the batter.
  15. And deep fry or shallow fry
  16. Serve wid green chutney or ketchup..
