Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Egg noodles pack-1
  2. Onion-1
  3. carrot-2
  4. Bell pepper-1
  5. Eggs-3
  6. Salt- as per our taste
  7. Green chillies-3
  8. Red chilli flakes- 1/4 tsp
  9. Coriander Powder-1/2 tsp
  10. Ginger garlic paste-1tsp
  11. garam masala powder-1tsp
  12. Pepper powder-1tsp
  13. Oil-1tbsp
  14. Butter- 1inch stick
  15. Spring onions-3
  16. Lemon-1

Instructions

  1. In a large vessel, add 2 lt water , salt and oil and boil it.
  2. Now add egg noodles and let it cook 4 to 5 min and switch off the stove and close lid
  3. Now drain the noodles and wash them in cold water.
  4. Spread them in a large plate to avoid noodles sticking to each other.
  5. In a wok, add oil and butter.
  6. Now add sliced onion, carrot and bell pepper and saute for a min. Add ginger garlic paste and saute again.
  7. In a non stick pan, prepare omlette and cut that omlette into tiny pieces. Now add this to the wok where veggies are being sauteed.
  8. Add noodles, salt, pepper, coriander, garam masala, chilli flakes and toss well for few minutes.
  9. Sprinkle spring onions and lemon juice and tranfer spicy noodles to a serving bowl.
