Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Chopped methi 2 bowl
  2. Wheat flour 2 bowl
  3. Half cup besan
  4. 1teaspoon hing
  5. 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  6. 1 teaspoon garam masala
  7. 1 and half tablespoon salt
  8. 3 boiled potatoes
  9. 2 chopped onion
  10. 1 chopped capsicum
  11. 1 tblspoon dhania powder
  12. 1 teaspoon amchur powder
  13. Oil for making paranthas

Instructions

  1. Take one big bowl to knead the flour
  2. In flour add besan, half tspn salt, chopped methi, red chilli powder, garam masala,
  3. Ow knead it soft
  4. For stuffing mash the potatoes
  5. Add chopped onion, chopped capsicum, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala , black salt and amchur powder
  6. Mix them all
  7. Now make balls of flour
  8. Take 1 ball
  9. Stuff it with the stuffing
  10. Now roll it with roll pin slowly slowy
  11. Now put it on hot flat pan
  12. Flip it
  13. Spread some oi or ghee on both the sides of parantha
  14. Now serve it hot wid achar , curd, and white butter.
