Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bhindi 1pav
  2. Aalu 150 gm
  3. Salt 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Crushed black pepper 3/4tea spoon
  5. Enough oil for fry
  6. Fenugreek seeds 1/2tea spoon

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut lady finger longitudinally
  2. Cut aalu into thin slice
  3. Heat oil add fenugreek seed
  4. After few second deep fry potato chips and bhindi sepratly
  5. Place it in plate sprinkle salt and crushed black pepper
  6. Serve hot
