  1. Butter garlic naan ingredients...
  2. 2 cup whole wheat flour
  3. 1 cup and 4 tsp butter
  4. 1/2 tsp salt
  5. 1 cup buttermilk
  6. 1/4 cup finely chopped garlic
  7. Fresh cream ingredients....
  8. Malai 1/2 cup
  9. Sugar 3 tsp
  10. Vanilla essence 1 drop
  11. For topping ...
  12. Few fresh fruits chopped (kiwi, grapes, pineapple etc )

Instructions

  1. ADD WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR TO A PAN.
  2. COMBINE SALT, ONE CUP BUTTER AND GARLIC, MIX WELL.
  3. NEXT ADD BUTTERMILK AND MIX WELL.
  4. KNEAD THE DOUGH, PUNCH WELL TO MAKE A NON STICKY SOFT DOUGH AND COVER IT MINIMUM 4 HOURS.
  5. FOR FRESH CREAM RECIPE - ADD SUGAR AND VANILLA ESSENCE TO THE FRESH MALAI, WHISK IT WELL.
  6. CREAM IS READY WITHOUT ANY LUMPS.
  7. NOW OPEN THE COVER AND DIVIDE INTO 2 PARTS TO MAKE BIG BALLS.
  8. DUST WITH SOME WHEAT FLOUR AND ROLL IT THICKLY LIKE THE SIZE OF PIZZA USING A ROLLING PIN.
  9. SLOWLY FLIP OVER ON BUTTER APPLIED HOT TAWA.
  10. BRUSH A TEA SPOON FULL OF BUTTER OVER THE NAAN.
  11. NOW PLACE UNCOOKED SIDE AND APPLY BUTTER ON THE COOKED SIDE FOR SMOOTHNESS.
  12. COOK IN MEDIUM FLAME TILL THEY TURN GOLDEN BROWN BOTH THE SIDE, LET IT BE COOL.
  13. NOW GREASE ONE SIDE WITH FRESH CREAM TO GIVE FUSION PIZZA TOUCH.
  14. TAKE CHOPPED AND SEEDED FRESH FRUITS FOR TOPPING.
  15. ARRANGE OVER THE CREAM AND SERVE IT.
