Cinneman channa masala

Ingredients to make Cinneman channa masala

  • 1/2 kg white channa
  • 100 gpaneer cut into cubes
  • 2, 2inches cinemone sticks
  • oil as requited
  • 2 big size onion fine chopped
  • 1 tbsn ginger paste
  • 1 tbsn garlic paste
  • 2 big tomatoes fine mashed
  • 2 tbdn green coriander fine chopped
  • salt to taste
  • 2 green chillies fibe chopped
  • red chilli to taste
  • turmeric powder to taste
  • 1 tbsn coriander powder
  • 1 tsn black pepper powder

How to make Cinneman channa masala

  1. Clean channa with water nd put it in cooker to steam them up to 5 to 6 visals. Heat a pan and add oil in it. Put cinnamon sticking it. And fry a bit
  2. Add onions and let them change their color to light brown.
  3. Now add ginger garlic paste and mix them and allow them to roast properly.
  4. When masala turns to light brown color, add mashed tomatoes and mix them all.
  5. Add dry masalas, salt, green chillies,red chilli, haldi, dry coriander powder, black pepper and mix them all . Let the oil comes out. Be care full flame should low .
  6. When masala leaves oil add a bit green coriander nd boiled channa and mix them all. Now add paneer and again mix them.
  7. Your recipe is ready. Put all left green coriander .And serve it .
