  • Whole wheat flour 1 cup
  • Oats flour 2 tablespoons
  • Roasted sesame seeds 2 tablespoons
  • Flax Seeds 4 tablespoons
  • Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • salt 3/4 teaspoon
  • Black pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon
  • Powdered sugar 1 tablespoon
  • Salted butter 1 tablespoon
  • oil 2 tablespoons
  • curd 1 tablespoon
  • water 1 tablespoons

How to make Whole Wheat Flax & Sesame Seeds Crackers

  1. In a mixing bowl, take wheat flour, oats flour, baking powder, salt, black pepper powder and powdered sugar . Mix everything very well. Add in cold butter and mix very well with your hand until you get a crumbly mixture.
  2. Add in oil, curd, sesame seeds and flax seeds and mix again. Gradually add water and make a soft dough.
  3. Cover the prepared dough and keep it aside for 20 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, preheat the oven at 180 degree and grease a baking tray and line it with butter paper.
  5. Take the dough and roll it into a half inch thick sheet. Cut the sheet into small squares with the help of a sharp knife or cookie cutter.
  6. Place the cookies in the prepared tray and bake it for 16 minutes or until the edges gets slightly browned.
  7. Remove the tray and place the cookies on the wire rack to cool down.
  8. Serve fresh or store in an airtight container.
