ABOUT HOT AND SWEET TAPIOCA CUTLET RECIPE

It's quite an interesting recipe developed by myself. Here the Tapioca cutlet is mainly highlighted by chilli powder, with a twist of adding natural sweet of dried prunes, fig and cashew nuts.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Tapioca 1/2kg
  2. Onion 1
  3. Figs 5
  4. Prune 3
  5. Cashew 6
  6. Chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  7. Coriander leaves 1 fistful
  8. Water 1 tablespoon
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Oil for frying
  11. For Binding
  12. Health mix powder 2tablepoon, little rava.
  13. Rusk powder 3 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Boil Tapioca for 20 minutes.
  2. Mash well and add chopped onion, fig, prunes, cashew,coriander, chilli powder and salt to taste.
  3. For binding agent. Mix health mix powder with little rava and little water. Powder rusk and keep aside.
  4. Shape out cutlet with the help of any biscuit cutter.
  5. Get ready with the batter and crust.
  6. Dab the cutlet on health mix batter and roll the cutlet on rusk powder.
  7. Heat oil in a pan on a medium flame. Fry one by one till golden brown.
  8. Yummy healthy hot and sweet Tapioca cutlet is ready to serve.
