Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Full fat milk-1 1/2 ltr.
  2. Sugar-1 cup
  3. Socked saffron milk-2tablespoons
  4. Cardamom powder- 1/4teaspoon
  5. Crushed pistachios- 2tablespoons
  6. Cream- 2tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Heat milk in a heavy bottom pan and bring it to boil.
  2. Once the milk start to boiling reduce the flam and add Cardamom powder.
  3. Now add cream.
  4. Add sugar and keep stirring till the sugar dissolves.
  5. Now add saffron milk.
  6. Simmer the flam for 30 to 40 minutes or till the milk thickens.
  7. Now add crushed pistachios,mix well and switch off the flam.
  8. Coll it completely.
  9. Now pour the mixture in kulfi moulds or plastic glass and keep in refrigerator for overnight. Ready..
