Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. pomfret fish 4
  2. onion 2
  3. ginger 2inch
  4. garlic 2cloves
  5. salt to taste
  6. turmeric powder 1tbs
  7. cumin powder 1tbs
  8. chilli powder 1 tbs
  9. crushed black paper 1teaspoo
  10. fresh coriander 1tbs
  11. green chilli paste 1teespoon
  12. lemon juice 21/2 tbs
  13. oil 4 tbs


  1. At first clean the fish and mixed with salt,lemon juice and crushed black paper. keep it 15 minutes.
  2. Now, take a pot and mixed onion,ginger,garlic,turmeric,red chilli,green chilli,cumin and salt and coriander paste. Add 1tbs oil in it.Mixed it well.
  3. Now mixed the fish with all spices. and keep it 10 minutes more.
  4. Now hit the pan and add 3tbs of oil. Hit the oil and put the fish one by one
  5. Fry the fish till it colored golden brown. Now serve it. Garnish with cucumber,sliced onion and sliced tomato.
