Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For making gattas
  2. 1cup gram flour
  3. 1/2 tbsp red chilly powder
  4. 1/4 tbsp turmeric
  5. salt to taste
  6. 1/4 tbsp cumin seed
  7. 1/2 tbsp asafoetida
  8. 2 tbsp oil
  9. For gravy
  10. 2 tbsp greenfenugreek seed
  11. 1 tbsp red chilly
  12. 2 tbsp curd
  13. 1/2 cup milk
  14. 1 tbsp coriander
  15. 1/4 tbsp turmeric
  16. 1/4 tbsp asafoetida
  17. 1 tbsp dry mango powder
  18. salt to taste
  19. 1/2 tbsp cumin seed
  20. 1 tbsp ginger chilly paste
  21. 1 big spoon oil

Instructions

  1. take a cup of gram flour in bowl
  2. put all the ingrediants together
  3. make a dough
  4. heat the water in a pen
  5. boil the gatta for 10 minutes
  6. boil a cup of water in the pan
  7. boil green fenugreek seeds for 2 minutes
  8. and cover it for 5 minutes
  9. wash the green fenugreek
  10. heat oil in a pan
  11. put cumin seed,asafoetida,ginger chilly paste and fry for 1 minute
  12. add all spices and mix it well
  13. add the gatta and fry for 2 minutes
  14. add green fenugreek seed and curd and then milk
  15. add water and cook for 5 minutes
  16. ready to serve
